Fresh Cut Vegetables  We work with our customers and distributor to provide the right specs on cut size and blends.  We carry a variety of cut salads, sliced and diced onions, peppers, carrots, celery, tomatoes, cabbage, shredded lettuce, broccoli/cauliflower florets, and more.  Let us know if you need a special cut or blend.

Whole Fresh Fruits In the fresh fruit line-up we stock all your favorites: Apples, Cantaloupe, Honeydew, Pineapple, Kiwi, Strawberries, Grapes, Pears, Oranges, Lemons, Limes, Grapefruit, Watermelon, Blueberries, Raspberries, Blackberries, Mango, Papaya, Tomatoes, Avocados, and ,any more.

Herbs and Specialty The specialty market is always changing. We keep up to date with what's new and in demand. We stock a variety of fresh herbs: Basil, Rosemary, Thyme, Oregano, Dill and Chives are a few. From Micro Greens to Fennel to Sunburst Squash. If you need a specialty product we do not carry, just let us know and we will add it to our inventory.

Fresh Mushrooms Our mushroom program is second to none. We offer all the usual nad unusual species. From the simple: small, medium and large Buttons, to Shitaki, Crimini, Oyster and Portabella. Whole Fresh Produce Nothing but the finest in whole fresh produce. We carry all sizes and grades of potatoes, various sizes and colors of onions, a wide variety of peppers and squash, and of course all the standard lettuce items: Romaine, Iceberg, Leaf and Field Mixes. Broccoli, Celery, Cauliflower, Cabbage, Carrots and so much more.
